Dakia.ai does not provide legal advice regarding compliance requirements.

7. Telephony Usage, Number Warm-Up, and Carrier Reputation Protection

To maintain telecommunications compliance and ensure optimal call deliverability, all telephone numbers and outbound calling services provisioned through the platform are subject to carrier reputation management, progressive warm-up protocols, and automated delivery safeguards.

a. Number Warm-Up Period

Newly assigned phone numbers require an initial warm-up period to establish trust with external telecom carriers and downstream mobile service providers. Sudden surges in high-volume outbound dialing on newly provisioned numbers are flagged by carrier algorithms as automated robocalling or potential spam, resulting in caller ID labeling ("Spam Likely") or route completion rejection.

b. Carrier Performance Thresholds (ASR and Call Durations)

Major telecommunication networks monitor caller traffic patterns using quantitative network health metrics, including:

  • Answer-Seizure Ratio (ASR): The percentage of outbound calls that successfully connect to a recipient. Carriers expect legitimate business callers to maintain a healthy average ASR (recommended above 35%). Low connection rates indicate unverified or poor-quality lead lists.
  • Short-Duration Call Patterns: Bursts of rapid calls lasting under 10 seconds (frequent unanswered rings, fast hangups, or immediate rejections) trigger automated carrier fraud filters.

c. Automated Platform Safeguards & Pacing Controls

To actively protect your assigned phone lines from carrier blacklisting, the Services deploy automated network health monitors:

  • Daily Volume Scaling: Outbound dialing volume is governed by progressive daily caps scaled according to your subscription tier and account maturity, preventing accidental carrier threshold violations.
  • Temporary Cooling-Off Periods: If an active dialing session generates high-frequency consecutive short-duration drops, the platform will automatically initiate a brief cooling-off period (typically 2 minutes) to allow downstream carrier risk scores to normalize before resuming.
  • Reputation Alerts: If your rolling connection rate falls below carrier-recommended thresholds, in-app health advisories are displayed to notify you to evaluate lead quality.

Dakia.ai is not responsible for downstream carrier call blocking, spam tagging, or delivery degradation resulting from poor lead quality, cold-calling velocity, or non-compliance with industry dialing practices.
