Data Deletion Instructions

Dakia.ai respects your right to control your information.

This page explains how customers can request deletion of their Dakia.ai account data and revoke third-party integrations.

Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Dakia.ai account and associated information:

1. Send an email to: support@dakia.ai

2. Include:

• Your account email address
• Company name
• Confirmation that you want your account deleted

3. We may verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

Data Deleted

When your request is approved, we will delete or remove:

• Account information
• CRM records
• Customer information stored within Dakia.ai
• Communication logs
• AI conversation history
• Stored integrations and authorization tokens

Third-Party Connection Removal

You can revoke connected services at any time:

Google

Remove Dakia.ai access from your Google Account security settings.

Microsoft

Remove Dakia.ai access from your Microsoft account permissions.

Revoking access immediately prevents future access to those services.

Processing Timeline

Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days.

Some information may be retained longer when required for:

• Legal obligations
• Fraud prevention
• Security investigations
• Financial records
• Backup retention cycles
